Deposits are non refundable ,
Deposits(retainers) are non refundable. You are able to change the date of your booking up to 48 hours before with no change to your deposit(retainer)! Under 48 hours notice will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Anything under 24 hours will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. No shows will result in full loss of retainer.
This applies to sessions purchased in full or as a gift, with a no show resulting in a full loss the amount paid.
15 minutes late or more may result in rescheduling due to other sessions after yours or a $30 late fee.
Albums & Printing* It is highly recommended to order albums from our trusted printing company as we can ensure the highest quality prints. If you are unsure, and would still like to order prints on your own please feel free to ask for recommendations!
